ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 The times permitted to supply alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing.
2 The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made at a time when the premises are open for the purposes of supplying alcohol, in accordance with the certificate, to members of the club for the consumption on the premises.
3 The alcohol supplied for consumption off the premises must be in a sealed container.
4 The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made to a member of the club.
5 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the sale or supply of late night refreshment (which does not include alcohol) on the premises for a period of thirty minutes after the end of permitted hours.
6 The premises may remain open for no more than 30 minutes after the end of the period during which the retail sale of alcohol is permitted, as a “wind-down” period.
7 Customers shall not be permitted to take open containers of alcoholic or soft drinks from the premises.
8 All bottles and glasses shall be removed from public areas as soon as they are finished or empty.
9 The gas boiler shall be annually inspected and certified by a Corgi registered engineer.
10 The electrical supply shall be annually tested and certified by an NICEIC engineer.
11 All fire extinguishers shall be checked and certified annually.
12 All fire exits and means of escape shall be properly signed.
13 Emergency lighting shall be supplied where appropriate.
14 Adequate first aid equipment shall be supplied.
15 Doors and windows shall be kept closed when necessary.
16 Any music shall be played within reasonable noise limits.
17 Notices shall be displayed asking patrons to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and the area quietly.
18 Children shall only be allowed on the club if accompanied by an adult.
19 Children shall be restricted from the bar counter area.
20 The sale by retail of alcohol and regulated entertainment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
