ANNEXE 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
1 There shall be no sale or supply of alcohol when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) in respect of this premises licence or at a time when the said DPS does not hold a personal licence or when his/her licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
1 The four licensing objectives shall be actively promoted.
2 The premises shall be part of the Police village network, to warn and share information.
3 A Challenge 21 policy shall be in place.
4 An incident book shall be kept and be available for inspection on request.
5 Staff shall be given regular training and refreshers in their responsibilities with regards the sale of alcohol and written records of that training shall be maintained.
6 Notices shall be displayed prominently at both the point of sale and the alcohol shelving to explain to customers the ID policy in place.
7 The sale by retail of alcohol shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
