ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 The times permitted to supply alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing.
2 The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made at a time when the premises are open for the purposes of supplying alcohol, in accordance with the certificate, to members of the club for the consumption on the premises.
3 The alcohol supplied for consumption off the premises must be in a sealed container.
4 The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made to a member of the club.
5 The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the sale or supply of late night refreshment (which does not include alcohol) on the premises for a period of thirty minutes after the end of permitted hours.
6 No member of guest carrying open or sealed bottles or glasses shall be admitted to the premises at any time.
7 No member or guest shall be permitted to take open containers of alcohol or soft drinks from the premises.
8 All exit doors shall be easily openable without the use of a key, card, code or similar means and shall be available for egress while the members and guests are on the premises.
9 There shall be an annual inspection of all portable fire-fighting equipment, emergency lighting, electrical installation and gas appliances, a copy of which shall be kept at the premises and shall be made available for inspection by an authorised officer.
10 All fire exits and means of escape shall be signed in accordance with BS5499.
11 Means of escape shall be maintained unobstructed, available and clearly identifiable.
12 All fire doors shall be maintained effectively self-closing and shall not be held open other than by approved devices.
13 Noise or vibrations shall not be audible at the facade of any noise sensitive premises.
14 Gaming machines, which are installed, shall be visible from the bar servery.
15 Persons under 18 years of age shall not be permitted to play the gaming machines.
16 The premises may remain open no more than 60 minutes after the end of the period during which the supply of alcohol to members, or the sale of alcohol to guests of members, is permitted.
17 The sale by retail of alcohol shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
