ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 Live music shall not be electronically amplified and shall be restricted to a background ambience noise level.
2 Recorded music shall be restricted to a background ambience noise level.
3 CCTV will be installed and working to the satisfaction of the Police.
4 CCTV recordings will be maintained for an appropriate period of time agreed with the Police.
5 If the CCTV equipment is inoperative the Police will be informed as soon as possible and immediate steps will be taken to put the equipment back into action.
6 A notice will be displayed at the entrance to the premises advising CCTV is in operation.
7 An entrance policy shall be operated to prevent persons who appear to be drunken or disorderly from entering the premises.
8 A zero tolerance to drugs policy shall be operated at the premises.
9 No ‘Happy Hour’ alcohol sale promotions or similar, which encourage excessive alcohol consumption shall be operated at the premises.
10 All staff shall receive adequate and appropriate training to promote the prevention of crime and disorder.
11 The Licence-holder shall actively support and participate in any relevant Police promoted crime prevention scheme.
12 A comprehensive health and safety risk assessment on the premises shall be carried out.
13 A comprehensive fire safety risk assessment on the premises shall be carried out.
14 There shall be a regular inspection of the electrical installation and appliances. A record of which shall be kept at the premises and shall be made available for inspection by an authorised Officer.
15 Suitable and sufficient First Aid facilities and trained first aider(s) shall be provided on the premises.
16 All exit doors shall be easily openable without the use of a key, card, code or similar means and shall be available for egress while the public is on the premises.
17 Suitable and sufficient lighting shall be provided throughout the premises.
18 All windows and doors shall be kept closed during the performance of live music.
19 All windows shall be fitted with blinds or similar to obscure them at appropriate times to prevent light nuisance.
20 Adequate facilities shall be maintained for the collection and disposal of waste at the premises.
21 Air-conditioning or any other forms of mechanical ventilation shall be maintained in good working order to minimise any noise nuisance.
22 A proof of age policy shall be operated to prevent the sale to or consumption of alcohol by under age persons.
23 A no smoking policy shall be operated on the premises.
24 No gaming or Amusement with Prizes machines shall be available to the public on the premises.
25 The Sale by Retail of Alcohol and Regulated Entertainment will be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
