ANNEXE 2- CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 No irresponsible drinks promotions or all-inclusive nights will be permitted.
2 No customers carrying open or sealed bottles or glasses will be admitted to the premises at any time.
3 No customers will be permitted to take open containers of alcohol or soft drinks from the premises.
4 All bottles and glasses will be removed from public areas as soon as they are finished or empty.
5 All exit doors will be easily openable and will be available for egress while the public are on the premises.
6 Means of escape will be maintained unobstructed, available and clearly identifiable.
7 All fire doors will be maintained effectively self-closing and shall not be held open other than by approved devices.
8 All fire exits and means of escape will be signed.
9 Fire appliances shall be inspected and if necessary, replaced, on an annual basis.
10 There shall be an annual electrical safety check by a qualified electrician.
11 There shall be an annual inspection of any gas appliance by a CORGI registered engineer.
12 A copy of the reports as at (15), (16) and (17) above will be kept at the premises and will be made available for inspection by an authorised officer.
13 In the absence of adequate daylight, the lighting in any area accessible to the public will be fully operational.
14 Adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials will be available.
15 Noise or vibrations will not be audible at the facade of any noise sensitive premises.
16 Prominent, clear and legible notices will be displayed at all exits requesting patrons to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and the area quietly.
17 Proof of age will be required from any person seeking to purchase alcohol who appears to be under the age of 18 years.
18 The supply of alcohol will be confined to the area(s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan(s).
19 Regulated entertainment will be confined to the area(s) as outlined in BLUE on the attached plan(s).
