ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 CCTV shall be installed and working to the satisfaction of the Police.
2 CCTV recordings shall be maintained for an appropriate period of time agreed with the Police.
3 If the CCTV equipment is inoperative the Police shall be informed as soon as possible and immediate steps shall be taken to put the equipment back into action.
4 A notice shall be displayed at the entrance to the premises advising that CCTV is in operation.
5 Radio Link equipment shall be maintained in good working order at all times and shall comply with any Police requirements in regard to its usage.
6 Fire extinguishers shall be provided and maintained in good working order on the premises to the satisfaction of the Fire Authority.
7 A fire alarm with heat detector(s) and appropriate signage shall be provided and maintained in good working order on the premises to the satisfaction of the Fire Authority.
8 A no smoking policy shall be operated on the premises.
9 Suitable and sufficient First Aid facilities shall be provided on the premises.
10 A suitable and sufficient ventilation system shall be maintained in good working order to prevent odour and smoke nuisances.
11 Adequate facilities shall be maintained for the collection and disposal of waste at the premises.
12 No gaming or Amusement with Prizes machines shall be available to the public on the premises.
13 Late Night Refreshment will be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
