ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
LATE NIGHT REFRESHMENT ONLY (NO ALCOHOL)
1 CCTV shall remain installed and kept in good working order.
2 CCTV tapes shall be kept for 14 days and made available to responsible authorities upon request.
3 A notice shall be displayed advising the public that CCTV is in operation.
4 Should the CCTV system fail to operate, the Police and Local Authority shall be immediately notified and steps taken to remedy the fault as soon as possible.
5 Fire appliances shall be inspected and replaced, if necessary, on an annual basis.
6 The fire alarm system shall be inspected on an annual basis.
7 The emergency lighting shall be inspected on an annual basis.
8 Portable appliances such as heaters, gas cylinders and containers or any other flammable materials shall not be used or kept on the premises.
9 Entrance and egress to and from the premises shall be kept unobstructed at all times.
10 A sufficient number of waste receptacles shall be provided for customers and shall be kept clean and free from odour.
11 Staff will monitor the exterior of the premises particularly after 2300 hrs to ensure the street is free from litter.
12 A system of queuing shall exist in order to prevent disorder and overcrowding.
13 All staff shall be trained on the fire evacuation procedure.
14 Smoking shall be prohibited on the premises except in the area by the window.
