ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 Shall ensure the premises do not become over crowded.
2. Shall ensure orderly conduct at all times on the premises.
3. The premises opening hours shall be clearly displayed in addition to the premises licence summary.
4. The premises shall be adequately lit and ventilated.
5. All fire precautions shall be observed.
6. There shall be an incident book to record all instances of public disorder.
7. All staff shall be trained to be vigilant and regularly supervise the premises whilst checking orderly conduct.
8. All bar areas shall be supervised.
9. Proof of age will be required from anyone seeking to purchase alcohol who appears to be under 18 years of age.
10. The fire safety measures, which the premises provides, shall be maintained in good working order.
11. Regular fire risk assessments shall be carried out in accordance with Fire Precaution Regulations.
12. All exit doors shall be easily openable without the use of a key, card, code or similar means and shall be available for egress while the public are on the premises.
13. Means of escape shall be maintained, unobstructed, immediately available and clearly identifiable.
14. Exit doors shall be regularly checked to ensure they function satisfactorily.
15. Security fastenings shall be removed whilst the premises are open to the public or staff.
16. All gangways, exit ways and treads of steps or stairwells shall be maintained with non-slippery and even surfaces.
17. All floor coverings shall be secured and maintained so that they will not ruck.
18. Hangings, curtains and temporary decorations shall be maintained and flame retardant upholstered seating shall be fire retardant and comply with the current fire safety regulations.
19. Curtains, hangings and temporary decorations shall not obstruct exits, fire safety signs or fire fighting equipment.
20. Access shall be provided for emergency vehicles which shall be kept clear, and free from obstruction at all times.
21. An evacuation policy shall be in place to the satisfaction of the fire authority.
22. All staff shall be trained in the evacuation policy.
23. The entry and exit doors, to the front of the property, shall be maintained unlocked and unobstructed, whilst the premises is open to the public.
24. Fire alarms and fire fighting equipment shall be serviced and tested annually by an approved contractor.
25. Free drinking water shall be available at all times that the premises are open.
26. There shall be adequate first aid arrangements in place at all times.
27. There shall be an annual electrical safety check by a qualified engineer.
28. Noise or vibration shall not emanate from the premises such to cause persons in the neighbourhood to be unreasonably disturbed.
29. When regulated entertainment is taking place, all external doors and windows shall be kept shut, other than for access and egress.
30. Sufficient ventilation shall be provided to enable doors and windows to remain closed.
31. A notice must be displayed prominently at all exits requesting customers to leave the premises quietly.
32. Before the start of any regulated entertainment, a member of staff shall assess the impact of noise relatedness on residential premises nearby.
33. The volume of amplified sound used in connection with regulated entertainment, shall, at all times, be under the control of Management.
34. No music or speech shall be relayed to external speakers.
35. Provisions of mechanical ventilation and air conditioning systems shall not cause nuisance by its operation.
36. Regular maintenance shall be carried out on all plant machinery to ensure that noise disturbance from such source is kept to a minimum.
37. Delivery of goods shall be restricted to between 0900 hrs and 1700 hrs.
38. Movement of bins and rubbish outside the premises shall be kept to a minimum after 1700 hrs.
39. Movement of bottle skips and bins containing cans shall be restricted to between 0800 hrs and 1700 hrs.
40. Children shall only be allowed on to the premises when accompanied by an adult and shall be supervised at all times when on the premises.
41. There shall be no regulated entertainment outside the premises.
42. The sale by retail/supply of alcohol will be confined to the area (s) as filled in PURPLE on the attached plan (s).
