ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 The premises may remain open for no more than 30 minutes after the end of the period during which the retail sale of alcohol is permitted, as a “ wind-down” period.
2 No disturbance to neighbours shall be permitted.
3 Public safety information of fire escapes etc shall be clearly marked and announced.
4 All bottles and glasses shall be removed from public areas as soon as they are finished with.
5 Alcohol shall be ancillary to events, soft and/or hot drinks shall be available when events take place.
6 All exit doors shall be easily openable without the use of key, card or similar means.
7 The rear exit shall be lit.
8 Noise or vibrations shall not be audible at the facade of any sensitive buildings.
9 Doors and windows shall be kept closed whenever necessary.
10 Any films shown shall be suitable for the age range of the audience.
11 A suitable proof of age policy shall be in place.
12 The sale by retail of alcohol and regulated enterinment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
