ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
(1) Alcohol shall only be served to those taking meals or to those waiting to collect ordered takeaway meals.
(2) Staff shall be trained in all aspects of The Licensing Act 2003.
(3) Proof of age shall be sought from anyone seeking to purchase alcohol who appears to be under the age of 18 years.
(4) A refusals book shall be maintained and available for inspection.
(5) When the premises are open to the public, emergency exits shall be kept unobstructed and shall be easily operable.
(6) The premises shall be adequately vented to prevent nuisance from noxious smells.
(7) Trade waste shall be stored inside the premises between 10.00 p.m. and 6.00 a.m. to minimise late night disturbance.
(8) The retail sale of alcohol shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
(9) Late night refreshment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in GREEN on the attached plan (s).
