ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. Proof of age will be required from anyone seeking to purchase alcohol who appears to be under 18 years of age.
2. A notice shall be displayed advising that it is an offence to sell alcohol to persons under the age of 18 years.
3. Alcohol on display shall not be visible from outside the premises.
4. There shall be no signs externally advising that alcohol is available from the premises.
5. Staff, when recruited, shall be trained on the Licensing Act 2003 and on “drug awareness".
6. All staff shall be trained on the fire evacuation policy.
7. No alcohol purchased on the premises shall be consumed in the premises car park.
8. Children on the premises shall be properly supervised.
9. Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied to anyone under the age of 18 years except to a person who is 16 or 17 years old and then only beer, wine or cider and that person is having a table meal and is also accompanied by a person who is aged 18 years or over.
10. The sale by retail of alcohol shall be confined to the area(s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan(s).
