ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The premises may remain open for no more than 30 minutes after the end of the period during which the retail sale of alcohol is permitted, as a “wind-down” period.
2. There shall be no all-inclusive evenings or other irresponsible drinks promotions.
3. A table waitress service shall be in place.
4. Fire Safety and Health and Safety guidelines shall be complied with.
5. All bar staff, when recruited, shall be trained on the Licensing Act 2003 and on “drug awareness”.
6. All soft furnishings shall be of a fire retardant material.
7. Public liability insurance shall be in place.
8. There shall be an annual inspection of any gas boiler, calorifier or appliances by a CORGI registered engineer.
9. There shall be an annual electrical safety check by a qualified electrician.
10. Any music, vibration from ventilation/extraction systems and human voices from both within and outside the premises from customers shall be kept to a reasonable level.
11. Proof of age shall be required from anyone seeking to purchase alcohol who appears to be under the age of 18 years.
12. Admission shall be refused to persons who are drunk or disorderly.
13. A CCTV system shall be in place by June 2006.
14. The sale by retail/supply of alcohol shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
15. Regulated entertainment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in BLUE on the attached plan (s).
16. Late night refreshment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in GREEN on the attached plan (s).
