ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The premises may remain open for no more than 30 minutes after the end of the period during which the retail sale of alcohol is permitted, as a ‘wind-down’ period.
2. Recorded music shall be reduced to background level during the ‘wind-down’ period. Background music it taken to mean that which is inaudible at the boundary of the premises.
3. There shall be no all-inclusive evenings or other irresponsible drinks promotions.
4. Staff shall be trained in all aspects of The Licensing Act 2003.
5. Proof of age shall be sought from anyone seeking to purchase alcohol who appears to be under the age of 18 years.
6. Shall operate within all Health and Safety and Fire Safety guidelines.
7. Admission shall be refused to persons who are drunk or disorderly.
8. Soft furnishings shall be of a fire retardant material.
9. There shall be an annual inspection of all gas fittings and electrical equipment by a qualified engineer.
10. Shall control, by staff training and, where possible, facilitating quieter mechanics, sound levels of music, vibration from ventilation/extraction systems and human voices from within and outside the premises.
11. CCTV to be installed and maintained to the satisfaction of the Chief Officer of Police, this to be operational by 1st June 2006.
12. The sale by retail of alcohol shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
13. Regulated entertainment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in BLUE on the attached plan (s).
14. Late night refreshment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in GREEN on the attached plan (s).
