• ANNEXE 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  1        There shall be no sale or supply of alcohol when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) in respect of this premises licence or at a time when the said DPS does not hold a personal licence or when his/her licence is suspended. 
   

  2        Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised
       by a person who holds a personal licence.
   

• ANNEXE 2-  CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  1.  The premises may remain open for no more than 30 minutes after the end of the period during which the retail sale of alcohol is permitted, as a “wind-down” period.
  
  2.  There shall be no all-inclusive evenings or other irresponsible drinks promotions.

   

  3.  There shall be a regular collection of glasses from tables.

   

  4.  Excessive drinking shall not be permitted.

   

  5.  The times permitted to sell alcohol do not prohibit or restrict the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in the premises where they are bona fide used, or intended to be used for the purpose of habitually providing for reward, board and lodging, including breakfast and at least one customary main meal.

   

  6.  The sale by retail of alcohol shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).

   

  7.  Regulated entertainment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in BLUE on the attached plan (s).

   

  8.  Late night refreshment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in GREEN on the attached plan (s).
