ANNEXE 2- CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The premises may remain open for no more than 30 minutes after the end of the period during which the retail sale of alcohol is permitted, as a “wind-down” period.
2. Recorded music shall be turned off at Midnight.
3. Staff, when recruited, shall be trained on all aspects of The Licensing Act 2003 and on ‘drug-awareness’.
4. The behaviour of customers shall be closely monitored and customers who become disruptive shall not be served alcohol.
5. All drinks shall be served to the tables by waiter/waitress service.
6. All-inclusive nights or other irresponsible drinks promotions shall not be permitted.
7. All bottles and glasses shall be removed from public areas as soon as they are finished or empty.
8. Food and non-alcoholic beverages shall be available at all times that the premises are open to the public.
9. An accident book shall be maintained and kept on the premises.
10. Fire appliances shall be inspected and replaced, if necessary, on an annual basis.
11. There shall be an annual electrical safety check by a qualified electrician.
12. There shall be a fire blanket kept in the kitchen.
13. The kitchen extractor fans shall be cleaned regularly to minimise cooking smells emitting from the premise.
14. Proof of age shall be sought from anyone seeking to purchase alcohol who appears to be under the age of 18 years.
15. The sale by retail/supply of alcohol and regulated entertainment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
