ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The premises may remain open for no more than 30 minutes after the end of the period which the retail sale of alcohol is permitted, as a "wind-down" period.
2. Background music shall be kept at an appropriate level so as not to cause a nuisance outside of the premises.
3. A notice must be displayed prominently at all exits requesting customers to leave the premises quietly.
4. There shall be a regular collection of glasses and emptying of ashtrays.
5. Fire appliances shall be inspected and if necessary, replaced on an annual basis.
6. There shall be an annual electrical safety check by a qualified electrician.
7. A fire blanket shall be kept in the kitchen.
8. An accident book shall be maintained.
9. All drinks shall be served in toughened glass.
10. A proof of age policy shall be operated to prevent the sale to, or consumption of, alcohol to persons under the permitted age.
11. The licence-holder shall ensure that staff continually monitor the behaviour of customers.
12. An anti-drugs policy shall beimplemented at the premises.
13. The sale by retail of alcohol shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
14. Regulated entertainment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in BLUE on the attached plan (s).
15. Late night refreshment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in GREEN on the attached plan (s).
