• ANNEXE 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  1        There shall be no sale or supply of alcohol when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) in respect of this premises licence or at a time when the said DPS does not hold a personal licence or when his/her licence is suspended. 
   

  2        Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised
       by a person who holds a personal licence.
   

• ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  1        The premises may remain open for no more than 30 minutes after the end of the period during which the retail sale of alcohol is permitted, as a “wind-down” period.
   

  2        Background music shall be kept at an appropriate level so as not to cause a nuisance outside the premises.
   

  3        A notice must be displayed prominently on all exits requesting customers to leave the premises quietly.
   

  4        There shall be a regular collection of premises.
   

  5        Staff shall continually monitor the behaviour of customers.
   

  6        An anti-drugs policy shall be implemented on the premises.
   

  7        Fire appliances shall be inspected and, if necessary, replaced on an annual basis.
   

  8        There shall be an annual electrical safety check by a qualified electrician.
   

  9        A fire blanket shall be kept in the kitchen.
   

  10    An accident book shall be maintained.
   

  11    All drinks shall be served in toughened glass.
   

  12    A proof of age policy shall be operated to prevent the sale to, or consumption of, alcohol to persons under the age of 18 years.
   

  13    The sale by retail of alcohol shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
   

  14    Regulated entertainment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in BLUE on the attached plan (s).
   

  15    Late night refreshment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in GREEN on the attached plan (s).
