ANNEXE 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
1 There shall be no sale or supply of alcohol when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) in respect of this premises licence or at a time when the said DPS does not hold a personal licence or when his/her licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. Rowdy or threatening behaviour shall not be allowed on the premises.
2. If such behaviour does occur, the Police shall be contacted.
3. Litter deposited outside the premises shall be collected on a regular basis.
4. Groups of people who purchase alcohol from the premises shall not be permitted to linger or stand outside the premises for any unacceptable length of time.
5. Noise shall be kept to an acceptable level.
6. Proof of age shall be sought from anyone seeking to purchase alcohol who appears to be under the age of 18 years by means of a Proof of Age card.
7. A notice displaying that requirement shall be displayed inside the premises.
8. The sale by retail of alcohol shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
