• ANNEXE 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  1        Admission of children (under the age of 18) to any exhibition of films must be restricted in accordance with the film classification body designated as the authority under Section 4 of the Video Recordings Act 1984.

   

  2        Where the film classification is not specified or the relevant licensing authority has notified the premises licence holder under Section 20 (3)(b) of the Licensing Act 2003, the admission of children must be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by the Licensing Authority.

   

• ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  1.  The premises shall meet current fire regulations, for up to 150 people.

   

  2.  Disabled access shall be in place.

   

  3.  All child orientated groups and organisers shall be CRB checked.

   

  4.  Proof of age shall be sought for all adult and/or age restricted events.

   

  5.  The premises shall be operated strictly in accordance with the licensing hours and the licensable activities.

   

  6.  For certain events, e.g. large audience music events, users will be recommended to employ licensed door staff.

   

  7.  For noise abatement, windows and the front fire exit shall be kept closed during activities.

   

  8.  A sign shall be placed at the exit, requesting orderly behaviour when leaving.

   

  9.  For entrance into age restricted films or adult entertainment, proof of age shall be required.

   

  10. Regulated entertainment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
