  1.  This Licence shall be limited to only one chosen Friday, Saturday and Sunday in the month of July annually.

   

  2.  There shall be a qualified first aider present at all times during the festival.

   

  3.  Stewards shall use mobile phones to enable close contact with each other and wear highly visible clothing.

   

  4.  Safety issues shall be determined with all types of entertainment.

   

  5.  Stewards shall be used to help to prevent any potential public nuisances.

   

  6.  Fairground rides shall be fully insured and licensed.

   

  7.  No entertainment shall be provided of an ‘adult’ nature.

   

  8.  Regulated entertainment shall be confined to the area (s) as outline in RED on the attached plan (s).
