• ANNEXE 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  1        There shall be no sale or supply of alcohol when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) in respect of this premises licence or at a time when the said DPS does not hold a personal licence or when his/her licence is suspended. 
   

  2        Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised
       by a person who holds a personal licence.
   

• ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  1.  CCTV to be installed and maintained to the satisfaction of the Chief Officer of Police.

   

  2.  All aisles and exits to be kept clear at all times.

   

  3.  An incident book shall be kept on the premises.

   

  4.  A first aid kit shall be kept on the premises.

   

  5.  Fire appliances shall be inspected on an annual basis.

   

  6.  Proof of age shall be sought from anyone seeking to purchase alcohol who appears to be under the age of 21 years.

   

  7.  Proof of age signs shall be displayed on the premises.

   

  8.  Any adult materials, such as magazines and age rated videos shall be kept out of children’s reach.

   

  9. The sale by retail of alcohol shall be confined to the area(s) outlined in RED on the attached plan(s).
