• ANNEXE 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  1        There shall be no sale or supply of alcohol when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) in respect of this premises licence or at a time when the said DPS does not hold a personal licence or when his/her licence is suspended. 
   

  2        Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised
       by a person who holds a personal licence.
   

• ANNEXE 2 - Conditions consistent with the operating schedule.

   

  1. The premises may remain open for no more than 60 minutes after the end of the period during which the retail sale of alcohol is permitted, as a “wind-down” period.

   

  2. A proof of age policy shall be enforced.

   

  3. All indoor areas shall be No Smoking.

   

  4. Alcoholic or soft drinks shall be served in plastic or toughened glass vessels.

   

  5. No customers shall be permitted to arrive or leave the premises carrying drinks of any kind.

   

  6. All bottles and glasses shall be removed from public areas as soon as they are finished or empty.

   

  7. Free drinking water shall be available at all times.

   

  8. An adequate and appropriate first aid kit shall be available on the premises.

   

  9. All exit doors shall open outwards, be unobstructed and shall be easily openable without a key.

   

  10. All-inclusive nights or other irresponsible drinks promotions shall not be permitted.

   

  11. The sale of alcohol will be confined to the area(s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan.

   

  12. The regulated entertainment will be confined to the area(s) as outlined in BLUE on the attached plan.

   

  13. Late night refreshment will be confined to the area(s) as outlined in GREEN on the attached plan.
