ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The premises may remain open for no more than 30 minutes after the end of the period during which the retail sale of alcohol is permitted, as a “wind-down” period.
2. Free drinking water shall be made available at all times when the premises are open to the public.
3. No customers will be permitted to take open containers of alcoholic or soft drinks from the premises.
4. No customers carrying open or sealed bottles or glasses will be admitted to the premises at any time.
5. All bottles and glasses will be removed from public areas as soon as they are finished or empty.
6. All exit doors will be easily openable without the use of a key, card, code or similar means and will be available for egress while the public are on the premises.
7. Doors and windows will be kept closed whenever necessary.
8. Customers will be prevented from eating and drinking immediately outside the premises after 2300 hrs.
9. Noise limiters on amplification equipment will be used.
10. Proof of age shall be sought from anyone seeking to purchase alcohol who appears to be under the age of 18 years.
11. A crime prevention policy agreed by the Police and Local Authority will be in place.
12. The sale by retail of alcohol shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
13. Late night refreshment shall be confined to the area (s) as oulined in GREEN on the attached plan (s).
