ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The premises may remain open for no more than 30 minutes after the end of the period during which the retail sale of alcohol is permitted, as a “wind-down” period.
2. Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied on the premises otherwise than to persons residing there or their private friends bona fide entertained by them at their own expense and for consumption by such a person or their private friends so entertained by them, either on the premises or with a meal supplied.
3. Free drinking water shall be available on request.
4. There shall be no irresponsible drinks promotions or all-inclusive evenings.
5. No ‘stag or hen’ parties shall be permitted on the premises.
6. Means of escape and fire exit doors shall be clearly signed and kept unobstructed.
7. There shall be an annual check of emergency lighting, smoke detectors and fire extinguishers.
8. Any background music shall be kept low and not be audible outside the premises.
9. Proof of age shall be sought from anyone seeking to purchase alcohol who appears to be under the age of 18 years.
10. Persons under the age of 18 years shall not be permitted to stay at the premises unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
11. The sale by retail of alcohol shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
