• ANNEXE 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  1        There shall be no sale or supply of alcohol when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) in respect of this premises licence or at a time when the said DPS does not hold a personal licence or when his/her licence is suspended. 
   

  2        Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised
       by a person who holds a personal licence.
   

• ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  1.  A CCTV system with recording facilities shall be installed at the premises.

   

  2.  Notices shall be displayed in the premises advising that CCTV is in operation.

   

  3.  All staff, when recruited, shall be trained in relation to the Licensing Act 2003, and shall receive ongoing refresher training.

   

  4.  Access to the premises shall be controlled, at the staff’s discretion, by means of electronic shunt locks fitted to the shop door.

   

  5.  All staff shall be trained in fire safety and evacuation procedures.

   

  6.  Fire safety equipment shall be kept on site, and members of staff trained in its use.

   

  7.  A proof of age policy shall be operated, whereby anyone appearing to be under the age of 21 shall be asked for proof of age when purchasing alcohol.

   

  8.  All staff shall be trained on the proof of age policy.

   

  9.  A refusals book shall be kept at the premises.

   

  10. The display of spirits at the premises shall be located behind the counter.

   

  11. The sale by retail of alcohol shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
