ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 The premises may remain open for no more than 30 minutes after the end of the period during which the retail sale of alcohol is permitted, as a “wind-down” period.
2 No customer carrying open or sealed bottles or glasses shall be admitted to the premises at any time.
3 A proof of age policy to the satisfaction of the Police and Local Authority shall be in place.
4 An incident book shall be kept and all instances of public disorder shall be recorded.
5 All bottles and glasses shall be removed from public areas as soon as they are finished with or empty.
6 All inclusive nights or other irresponsible drinks promotions shall not be permitted.
7 Free drinking water shall be made available at all times the premises is open to the public.
8 Curtains, hangings and temporary decorations shall not obstruct exits, fire safety signs or fire-fighting equipment.
9 Adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials shall be available on the premises.
10 A certificate of inspection for portable fire fighting equipment shall be provided. The inspection shall be carried out annually and a new certificate provided each year.
11 Doors and windows shall be kept closed whenever necessary.
12 The placing of bottles into receptacles outside the premises shall take place at times that will minimise disturbance to nearby properties.
13 All drinks shall be served by a waiter or waitress.
14 The nature of the premises shall remain that of a restaurant and substantial and reasonably priced food shall be available at all times the premises are open.
15 The sale by retail of alcohol and regulated entertainment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
