ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The premises may remain open for no more than 30 minutes after the end of the period during which the retail sale of alcohol is permitted, as a “wind-down” period.
2. An incident book shall be kept on the premises and any instances of disorder shall be recorded in it.
3. All-inclusive nights or other irresponsible drinks promotions shall not be permitted.
4. No customers shall be permitted to take alcohol from the premises.
5. All drinks are to be served by waiter or waitress service.
6. All exit doors shall be easily openable and clearly signed.
7. Emergency lights shall be tested monthly and a record kept for inspection.
8. When disabled persons are present, adequate arrangements shall be made for their safe evacuation.
9. Doors and windows shall be kept closed whenever necessary.
10. The recorded music shall be kept to a reasonable level and turned down for the last hour of the evening.
11. Proof shall be sought from anyone seeking to purchase alcohol who appears to be under the age of 18 years.
12. Where a 16 or 17 year old is having a table meal, an adult must be present with them.
13. The sale by retail of alcohol and regulated entertainment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
