ANNEXE 2- CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The premises may remain open for no more than 30 minutes after the end of the period during which the retail sale of alcohol is permitted, as a “wind-down” period.
2. All-inclusive nights or other irresponsible drinks promotions shall not be permitted.
3. All glass wear shall be cleared away on a regular basis, to include glass wear belonging to the premises used by persons in the communal area immediately outside the premises.
4. Food shall be available at all times when the premises are open for the sale of alcohol.
5. The premises use shall be that of a juice bar/cafe and the provision of entertainment and/or the provision of alcohol shall remain secondary to that purpose.
6. All sales of alcohol supplied for consumption in the external drinking area shall be dispensed into polycarbonate or plastic glasses.
7. Fire equipment shall be maintained on an annual basis.
8. Staff shall be trained on the procedure to follow in the event of a fire or evacuation.
9. When live or recorded music (other than background music) is taking place, all external doors and windows shall be closed, except for ingress and egress, after 2200 hrs.
10. Proof of age shall be sought from anyone seeking to purchase alcohol who appears to be under the age of 18 years, such proof only to be either a Driving Licence, Passport or any other nationally recognised photo I.D and all staff shall be trained on this policy.
11. The sale by retail of alcohol and regulated entertainment shall be confined to the area (s) outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
12. Late night refreshment shall be confined to the area (s) outlined in GREEN on the attached plan (s).
