ANNEXE 2- CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The premises may remain open for no more than 60 minutes after the end of the period during which the retail sale of alcohol is permitted, as a “wind-down” period.
2. All staff members to be trained on The Licensing Act 2003.
3. Crime prevention notices shall be displayed.
4. Safety notices shall be displayed.
5. Fire safety precautions shall be adhered to.
6. Notices shall be displayed requiring patrons to leave the premises in a quiet and orderly manner.
7. The volume of any music shall be reduced to ‘background level’ after 2300 hrs.
8. No activities of an ‘adult’ nature shall take place.
9. There shall be no Amusement with Prizes machines nor cash machines on the premises.
10. A proof of age policy, as agreed by the Police and Local Authority, shall be strictly enforced.
11. CCTV will in installed, operated and maintained to the satisfaction of the Chief Officer of Police.
12. All empty glassware shall be cleared from public areas as soon as they are finished with.
13. The sale by retail of alcohol shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
14. Regulated entertainment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in BLUE on the attached plan (s).
15. Late night refreshment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in GREEN on the attached plan (s).
