ANNEXE 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
1 There shall be no sale or supply of alcohol when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) in respect of this premises licence or at a time when the said DPS does not hold a personal licence or when his/her licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEXE 2- CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The premises may remain open for no more than 30 minutes after the end of the period during which the retail sale of alcohol is permitted, as a “wind-down” period.
2. There shall be no all-inclusive evenings or other irresponsible drinks promotions.
3. Alcohol shall only be available to patrons eating in the premises.
4. Fire escape routes shall be signed accordingly.
5. Proof of age shall be sought from anyone seeking to purchase alcohol who appears to be under the age of 18 years.
6. Children are only allowed on the premises, accompanied by parents, until 2130 hrs.
7. The sale by retail of alcohol and late night refreshment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
