ANNEXE 2- CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The premises may remain open for no more than 30 minutes after the end of the period during which the retail sale of alcohol is permitted, as a “wind-down” period.
2. There shall be a regular collection of empty glasses and bottles.
3. All public areas of the premises shall be visible from the bar.
4. CCTV cameras shall be installed, operated and maintained to the satisfaction of the Chief Officer of Police.
5. There shall be regular maintenance and safety checks of all electrical equipment.
6. Fire fighting equipment shall be installed and regularly maintained.
7. All children under the age of 16 years to be accompanied by an adult.
8. Photographic proof of age shall be sought from anyone seeking to purchase alcohol who appears to be under the age of 18 years.
9. Proof of age posters shall be displayed.
10. The sale by retail of alcohol and late night refreshment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
