ANNEXE 2- CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. The premises may remain open for no more than 30 minutes after the end of the period during which the retail sale of alcohol is permitted, as a “wind-down” period.
2. There shall be ongoing Health & Safety, Risk Assessment and Fire training.
3. There shall be weekly ‘in house’ testing of Fire Alarms, Fire Extinguisher locations and Fire Exit accessibility.
4. There shall be monthly testing of Emergency Lighting.
5. Intoxicating liquor shall only be served by waiter/waitress service.
6. Suitable beverages other than intoxicating liquor shall be equally available.
7. Proof of age shall be sought from anyone seeking to purchase alcohol who appears to be under the age of 18 years.
8. All emergency exit signs shall be clearly visible.
9. There shall be regular servicing and testing of Fire Alarms, Fire Extinguishers, Emergency lights, extracts and portable appliances.
10. There shall be background music only.
11. Children only admitted if accompanied by an adult.
12. There shall be no activities on the premises that would be harmful to children.
13. The sale by retail of alcohol shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
14. Regulated entertainment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in BLUE on the attached plan (s).
14. Late night refreshment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in GREEN on the attached plan (s).
