ANNEXE 2- CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. No customers carrying open or sealed bottles shall be admitted at any time.
2. Consideration shall be given to setting capacity limits to prevent overcrowding.
3. A proof of age policy to the satisfaction of the Police and Local Authority shall be in place.
4. The premises licence shall only be used for a maximum of 5 events during each calendar year.
5. The Police will be notified one month before each event that is to take place.
6. When the provision of alcohol is allowed by virtue of a Temporary Event Notice, there will be 2 SIA registered door supervisors in attendance at the T.E.N. location.
7. Members of the Round Table shall act as marshals at all times.
8. An adequate first aid facility shall be available.
9. There shall be no late night element to events which are mainly of a family nature in the daytime/early evening.
10. Regulated entertainment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
