• ANNEXE 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  1        There shall be no sale or supply of alcohol when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) in respect of this premises licence or at a time when the said DPS does not hold a personal licence or when his/her licence is suspended. 
   

  2        Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised
       by a person who holds a personal licence.
   

• ANNEXE 2- CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  1.  The premises may remain open for no more than 30 minutes after the end of the period during which the retail sale of alcohol is permitted, as a “wind-down” period.

   

  2.  There shall be no discount drinks policy.

   

  3.  There shall be a full Health & Safety Management program in place, to include Generic and site specific risk assessment, staff training and auditing.

   

  4.  There shall be an electrical inspection every 5 years.

   

  5.  A comprehensive ventilation system shall be installed.

   

  6.  A pest control system shall be put in place.

   

  7.  A waste management system shall be put in place.

   

  8.  Generic and site specific risk assessments shall be carried out for school visits/children’s parties.

   

  9.  Children shall not be admitted unless accompanied by an adult.

   

  10. There shall be no adult entertainment.

   

  11. The sale by retail of alcohol, regulated entertainment and late night refreshment shall be confined to the area(s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
