ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 All bottles (other than those where it is not intended that the contents are consumed direct from the bottle) shall be made of plastic.
2 An incident book shall be kept and all instances of disorder shall be recorded.
3 An adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials shall be available on the premises.
4 A sufficient number of suitable receptacles for refuse storage shall be provided.
5 These receptacles shall have properly fitted covers and shall be maintained in a clean condition.
6 Any queues inside or outside the premises shall be monitored by a member of staff to ensure compliance with the licensing objectives.
7 This Licence is valid each year from 1st March to the 31st August only.
8 Late night refreshment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in GREEN on the attached plan (s).
