• ANNEXE 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  1        There shall be no sale or supply of alcohol when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) in respect of this premises licence or at a time when the said Premises Supervisor does not hold a personal licence or when his/her licence is suspended.

   

  2        Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  3        Any person used to carry out a security activity as required under the Annexe 2 conditions must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.

   

  4        Admission of children (under the age of 18) to any exhibition of films must be restricted in accordance with the film classification body designated as the authority under Section 4 of the Video Recordings Act 1984.

   

  5        Where the film classification is not specified or the relevant licensing authority has notified the premises licence holder under Section 20 (3)(b) of the Licensing Act 2003, the admission of children must be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by the Licensing Authority.

   

• ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  1        All members of the management committee shall be made aware of the conditions attached to this licence.
   

  2        If the premises has problems with crime, disorder or public nuisance, the Police shall be contacted.
   

  3        Occupancy Rates:

   

  Main Hall: Closely Seated - Total not to exceed - 133

  Main Hall: Informal/Dance - Total not to exceed - 160
   

  4        There shall be a first aid kit available on the premises at all times.
   

  5        All public exit doors shall be easily opened.
   

  6        All public exits shall be unobstructed, clearly signed and lit.
   

  7        All fire exit doors shall be self closing and not held in the open position.
   

  8        Hanging, curtains, walls and ceiling finishes shall be fire retardant.
   

  9        Notices detailing fire actions shall be displayed.
   

  10    There shall be annual inspections on electrical installations, emergency lighting, fire fighting equipment and the oil filled boiler.
   

  11    Doors and windows shall be closed, whenever necessary, to prevent noise nuisance.
   

  12    Notices shall be displayed at public exits requesting patrons to respect the needs of local residents when leaving the premises and area.
   

  13    A bin shall be provided at the main exit to encourage patrons not to drop litter in the surrounding area.
   

  14    Film classifications shall be displayed on posters.
   

  15    In performances, special effects shall not be permitted.
   

  16    There shall be adult supervision when children are transferring from stage to dressing and clock rooms during performances.
   

  17    Regulated Entertainment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
