ANNEXE 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
1 There shall be no sale or supply of alcohol when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) in respect of this premises licence or at a time when the said DPS does not hold a personal licence or when his/her licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 All non Personal Licence Holders are required to undertake in-house licensing training and are only authorised to sell alcohol on completion.
2 Any person suspected by staff to be under the age of 21 years shall be asked to produce specified identification to prove they are over 18 years of age. If no identification is produced, there shall be no sale of alcohol.
3 There shall be a refusals book and all instances of refusal to sell alcohol and other age prohibitive products shall be recorded.
4 A Digital CCTV system shall be installed with strategically positioned cameras and monitors. Images shall be retained for 28 days and be available to the Police if required.
5 Warning signage shall be placed throughout the store.
6 There shall be a personal attack button behind the counter.
7 The sale by retail of alcohol shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
