• ANNEXE 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  1        There shall be no sale or supply of alcohol when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) in respect of this premises licence or at a time when the said DPS does not hold a personal licence or when his/her licence is suspended. 
   

  2        Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised
       by a person who holds a personal licence.
   

• ANNEXE 1 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  1        Alcohol shall only be dispensed with care and moderation, for moderate consumption.
   

  2        Proof of age shall be sought from anyone seeking to purchase alcohol who appears to be under the age of 18 years.
   

  3        Adequate fire safety notices shall be displayed.
   

  4        Means of escape shall be maintained and unobstructed.
   

  5        Safety checks shall be carried out on the electric’s, boiler and fire safety equipment.
   

  6        Noise or vibration shall not be audible at the facade of any noise sensitive premises.
   

  7        Patrons shall be prevented from consuming drinks outside the premises after 2300 hrs.
   

  8        Non-alcoholic drinks shall be made available at all times.
   

  9        The sale by retail of alcohol shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
