ANNEXE 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
1 There shall be no sale or supply of alcohol when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) in respect of this premises licence or at a time when the said DPS does not hold a personal licence or when his/her licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
1 CCTV shall be in operation and notices will be displayed advising that CCTV is in operation.
2 A proof of age policy to the satisfaction of the Police and Local Authority will be in place.
3 No customers will be permitted to take open containers of alcohol from the premises.
4 Floor coverings will be non-slip and fixed down.
5 There shall be an adequate supply of first aid equipment.
6 Notices shall be displayed advising customers that alcohol purchased must be consumed away from the premises.
7 Alcohol displayed shall be out of reach to children.
8 The sale by retail of alcohol shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
