• ANNEXE 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  1        There shall be no sale or supply of alcohol when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) in respect of this premises licence or at a time when the said DPS does not hold a personal licence or when his/her licence is suspended. 
   

  2        Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised
       by a person who holds a personal licence.
   

• ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  1        A security camera with security lighting shall monitor the entrance/exit.
   

  2        Smoke alarms shall be fitted and fire extinguishers shall be in place.
   

  3        Glass products shall be recycled within acceptable times to decrease noise.
   

  4        There shall be parental supervision of children.
   

  5        Proof of age shall be sought from anyone seeking to purchase alcohol who appears to be under the age of 18 years.
   

  6        The sale by retail of alcohol shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
   

  7        Regulated entertainment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in BLUE on the attached plan (s).
