ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 A proof of age policy to the satisfaction of the Police and Local Authority shall be in place.
2 A crime prevention policy agreed by the Police and Local Authority shall be in place.
3 No customers shall be admitted to the premises carrying open or sealed bottles.
4 An incident book shall be kept and all instances of public disorder shall be recorded.
5 Adequate and appropriate supplies of first aid equipment and materials shall be available on the premises.
6 All exit doors shall be easily openable without the use of a key, card, code and shall be available for egress while the public are on the premises.
7 Flashing or bright lights on or outside the premises shall not cause a nuisance to nearby properties.
8 The provision for the sale of alcohol will only be permitted for wine and cider and can only be sold presented in pre-packed gift boxes or packaging of a similar description.
9 The sale by retail of alcohol shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
