• ANNEXE 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  1        There shall be no sale or supply of alcohol when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) in respect of this premises licence or at a time when the said DPS does not hold a personal licence or when his/her licence is suspended. 
   

  2        Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised
       by a person who holds a personal licence.
   

• ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  1        All staff shall be trained on The Licensing Act 2003.
   

  2        There shall be a comprehensive CCTV system in place.
   

  3        The Challenge 21 Proof of Age scheme shall be adopted.
   

  4        A refusals book shall be maintained on the premises.
   

  5        2 members of staff shall be on duty at all times that the premises are open to the public.
   

  6        Youths shall not be allowed to gather outside the premises.
   

  7        The sale by retail of alcohol shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
