ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 The premises may remain open for no more than 30 minutes after the end of the period during which the retail sale of alcohol is permitted, as a “wind-down” period.
2 Alcohol shall be served with meals only.
3 There shall be a policy that if a person seeking to purchase alcohol appears to be under the age of 25 years, identification shall be sought.
4 Fire extinguishers and a fire blanket shall be kept on the premises and checked yearly.
5 A first aid kit shall be kept on the premises.
6 Alcohol shall be stored away from public view.
7 There shall be an evacuation procedure in place.
8 A prominent, clear and legible notice shall be displayed at the exit, requesting patrons to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and the area quietly.
9 The sale by retail of alcohol shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
