ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 The premises may remain open for no more than 30 minutes after the end of the period during which the retail sale of alcohol is permitted, as a “wind-down” period.
2 Alcoholic and soft drinks shall be served in plastic or toughened glasses.
3 No guests carrying open or sealed bottles or glasses shall be admitted to the premises at any time.
4 No guests shall be allowed to take open containers of alcoholic or soft drinks from the premises.
5 All glasses and bottles shall be removed from public areas as soon as they are finished with or empty.
6 All-inclusive nights or other irresponsible drinks promotions shall not be permitted.
7 All exit doors shall be easily openable without the use of a key, card, code or similar means and shall be available for egress while guests are on the premises.
8 Means of escape shall remain unobstructed, available and clearly marked.
9 When disabled persons are present, adequate arrangements shall exist to enable their safe evacuation in the event of an emergency.
10 Adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment shall be available at all times.
11 Noise or vibrations shall not be audible at the facade of any noise sensitive premises.
12 Proof of age shall be sought from anyone seeking to purchase alcohol who appears to be under the age of 18 years.
13 Children shall not be permitted in the bar area unless accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.
14 There shall be no adult entertainment or gambling machines on the premises.
15 The sale by retail of alcohol shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
