• ANNEXE 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  1        There shall be no sale or supply of alcohol when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) in respect of this premises licence or at a time when the said DPS does not hold a personal licence or when his/her licence is suspended. 
   

  2        Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
   

  FROM 1st OCTOBER 2010
   

  3        The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder shall ensure that an age verification policy applies to the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol.
   

  The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and a holographic mark.
   

   

• ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  1        There shall be written training policies and formal training programmes in place to ensure staff meet all of the licensing objectives.
   

  2        Such training and revision/refresher materials shall be reviewed regularly.
   

  3        The ‘Think 25’ policy shall be in place.
   

  4        Customers and staff shall be made aware of this via point of sale material.
   

  5        A till prompt shall appear on the initial sale of alcohol that will remind the seller of their responsibilities including not to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 years.
   

  6        A digital CCTV system shall be in place, to include the main display of beer, wine and spirits.
   

  7        Retained images shall be kept for a minimum of 21 days and made available on enforcement request.
   

  8        The store shall adhere to all rules and regulations relating to public safety.
   

  9        Tescos welcome the opportunity to liase with the police and enforcement authorities should the need arise.
   

  10    The sale by retail of alcohol shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
