  1        CCTV shall be installed and working to the satisfaction of the Police & Local Authority.
   

  2        Patrons shall be prevented from eating and drinking immediately outside the premises after 2300 hrs.
   

  3        Litter bins shall be provided and regular litter collections shall be made from the vicinity of the front of the premises.
   

  4        Notices shall be displayed on the premises requesting customers to leave the premises quietly and deal with litter responsibly.
   

  5        Late night refreshment shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in GREEN on the attached plan (s).
