ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 There shall be written training policies and formal training programmes in place to ensure staff meet all of the licensing objectives.
2 Training and revision/refresher materials shall be reviewed regularly.
3 A ‘Think 25’ policy shall be in place which is brought to the staff and customers attention through point of sale material within the store.
4 Till prompts shall appear on the initial sale of alcohol that will remind the seller of their responsibilities including not to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.
5 A digital CCTV system shall be in place, to include the main display of beer, wine and spirits.
6 Retained images shall be kept for a minimum of 21 days and made available on enforcement request.
7 The store shall adhere to all rules and regulations relating to public safety.
8 We will liase with the police and enforcement authorities should the need arise.
9 The supply of alcohol shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
