ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1 Alcohol will only be available for off sales and will not be consumed on the premises.
2 Alcohol to be displayed in a prominent and easily visible position to allow staff to have a clear view of customers at all times.
3 Alcohol to be suitably bagged upon purchase.
4 Alcoholic products will not be sold to any member of the public who is behaving inappropriately or appears to be intoxicated or gives a indication that they will be consuming alcoholic in a public area and who may cause a public nuisance.
5 A “Challenge 25” scheme will be operated whereby any person who looks less than 25 years of age will be required to produce evidence in the form of a passport, birth certificate, driving licence or other relevant documentation that they are over the age of 18 years.
6 Any person who refuses on request to produce identification of proof of age to any member of staff will be refused alcohol.
7 No member of staff under the age of 18 will be allowed to sell alcohol to any person.
8 Alcohol will be only sold between 9am to 5.30pm with the exception of the month of December when the hours are extended on a Thursday night to 8pm.
9 The supply of alcohol shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
