ANNEXE 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
1 There shall be no sale or supply of alcohol when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) in respect of this premises licence or at a time when the said DPS does not hold a personal licence or when his/her licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
3 The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder shall ensure that an age verification policy applies to the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol.
4 The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and a holographic mark.
1 Any means of escape shall be maintained unobstructed, immediately available and clearly identifiable.
2 A refusals book shall be kept and a record maintained of all nuisance, thefts and bannings.
3 CCTV will be installed and working to the satisfaction of the Police and Local Authority.
4 CCTV to provide coverage of the licensed shop area.
5 Recordings will be maintained for a minimum period of not less than a month.
6 A proof of age policy shall be implemented on the premises.
7 There will be a minimum of two members of staff present in the shop area from 19.00 until close of premises.
8 The supply of alcohol shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
