ANNEXE 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
1 There shall be no sale or supply of alcohol when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) in respect of this premises licence or at a time when the said DPS does not hold a personal licence or when his/her licence is suspended.
2 Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
3 The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder shall ensure that an age verification policy applies to the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol.
The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and a holographic mark.
1 No customers will be permitted to eat or drink alcohol in the premises.
2 Staff will be trained on checking proof of age of customers.
3 Proof of age to be evidenced by passport, driving licence or citizen card.
4 A refusal book will be kept and details of everyone who has been refused alcohol will be recorded.
5 Customers will be prevented from eating and drinking immediately outside the premises.
6 Adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials will be available on the premises.
7 No loud music will be played in the premises.
8 Any steps will be marked with yellow anti slip tape.
9 The supply of alcohol shall be confined to the area (s) as outlined in RED on the attached plan (s).
